Aldren Glass Dome Table Lamp

The Piece

Aldren takes its cue from 1920s modernist design: an opal glass dome on a polished chrome rim, a slender clear glass stem around a chrome rod, and a flat round glass base. A small chrome pull-chain completes a lamp that is honest, functional and quietly elegant.

The Setting

At 36 cm tall with an 18 cm shade, Aldren is sized for writing desks, bedside tables and consoles. It suits modernist, mid-century and contemporary interiors, and pairs well with dark timber, lacquer and marble.

Design & Finish

The opal glass dome diffuses the light into a soft, even glow, while the clear glass stem and base keep the silhouette light and transparent. The fittings have a bright chrome finish.

Use & Placement

Aldren takes a single E14 bulb (not included) and is switched on and off with the pull-chain. A warm white LED bulb is recommended. Place it on a stable, level surface near a socket.
