Veinora Marble Touch Lamp

The Piece

Veinora is a small, solid cylinder of natural marble that becomes a lamp at a touch. Unlit, it reads as a polished stone object; lit, the light passes through the marble so its veining and banding glow from within.

The Setting

At 8.5 cm across and 6.3 cm tall, Veinora is sized for a bedside table, bookshelf, dressing table or dining table, where it adds a pool of soft, low light. Being cordless, it can move from room to room and sit wherever a socket is out of reach.

Design & Finish

Choose Veined White, a white marble with bold dark violet-grey veining, or Ivory Banded, a paler, softly translucent marble with gentle wave-like banding. As a natural stone, every piece has its own pattern and tone, so no two lamps are exactly alike. The marble body sits on an ABS base that houses the LED and battery.

Use & Placement

Tap the top of the lamp to switch it on and change the light. The Three-Colour White option offers white light in three colour tones; the RGB Colour-Changing option adds a range of coloured light for a more atmospheric mood. The built-in 1200 mAh battery gives around 4.5 hours of light from a full charge and recharges through the USB-C port on the base.

Care Guide

• Wipe with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth; avoid acidic, abrasive or chemical cleaners, which can etch marble.
• Keep the lamp away from water and do not submerge it.
• Place on a level surface; marble is heavy for its size and can chip if dropped.
• Natural variations in colour, veining and small surface marks are part of the stone's character.
